How I can help you

A coach, simply put, is a companion, eye-opener, teacher or motivator, depending on the client’s specific needs.

To understand how coaching works, its best to start by grasping what coaching is. Professional coaching is a partnership in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximize your potential. It is an ongoing professional relationship that helps you produce extraordinary results in your life, career, business, or organization. Through the process of coaching, you will deepen your leadership abilities, learn to stay focused for longer, improve your performance, and enhance your quality of life. The coach provides their client support, tools, and direction, whether that is for an impactful life event the client faces, a specific behaviour the client chooses to work on or a vague feeling of dissatisfaction.

My goal is to provide you with a fresh and clear perspective on the subject you choose to address. I specialize in the following topics:

Confidence and self-worth

Many scientific studies have proven the impact your level of confidence can have on your career, your love-life and your overall happiness. I can show you tools to let go of negative self talk and start to beam with confidence, like you deserve. Are you ready to be empowered?

Focus and Productivity

Do you find yourself struggling to focus for longer than a few hours? Do you feel like your work-day passes by without you achieving the goals you have set for that day I can show you the tools you need for a more productive and efficient work-day.

Iterpersonal Relationships

Whether it’s the beginning or end of a new relationship, a relocation or a career shift: (some life-transition come from a personal desire to make a change, other changes feel as though they are forced upon you. You can either surrender to feeling helpless, overwhelmed, discouraged and bitter with your situation.

Energy

Conflicts and life’s obstacles can exhaust you and drain your energy. As a result the daily struggles seem even harder to combat. Let’s get your mojo back, so you can feel like the full you again!

Сareer

Are you at a turning point in your career and wonder what the next step should be? Are you overwhelmed by the choices you have, while at the same time none of them feel right? You can either continue the road you are on or invest in a process that will profoundly impact your career and finally get you where you’ve always wanted to be.

Executive

Many business leaders today struggle to master the fine line between process control and individual freedom, tight deadlines and flexibility, self-management and pressing decisions. It is their ultimate goal that people can thrive in their organization, but feel like their hands are tied by office policies and spending agreements. If you believe that an organization can only grow when their leaders grow, you’re in the right place. Here you can get practical tools and education to lead wisely and effectively in today’s changing world.

Workplace Relationships

Did you know that about 85% of all positions are filled via personal connections? But this isn’t the only reason you would benefit from strong professional relationships: most full time employees spend more time with their co-workers than with their families and spouses, and accordingly are influenced in their mood, their performance and their opinions. If you find yourself in an unhealthy workplace relationship, would like to learn how networking can be authentic, fun and easy, need support in solving a conflict with a person at work or want to find out where and how to establish professional boundaries: talk to me and find out how you can get the most out of your workplace relationships

Transitions

Whether it’s the beginning or end of a new relationship, a relocation or a career shift: (some life-transition come from a personal desire to make a change, other changes feel as though they are forced upon you.) You can either surrender to feeling helpless, overwhelmed, discouraged and bitter with your situation – or you can embrace the very-real control you have and explore how to thrive in the present moment.

Why I am working with a coach

I hired my first coach back in 2011. I initially started working with her after my manager’s suggestion as part of a high potentials program. I had no idea about how profoundly my life was about to change. I have been working with coaches ever since, only interrupted by trips abroad. Of course, it wasn’t always easy (profound personal change rarely is), but with the help of my coaches, I was - and still am - supported on my journey. Here’s why, after all those years, I still choose to work with coaches myself

  • I have help identifying blind spots

This is may be the most important thing my coaches do for me: whenever I am trying to find a solution to a gridlock issue or can’t choose which one is the right decision, they help me figure out what I didn’t know, they clue me in to things I was not able to see. As they aren’t invested in one specific outcome (much unlike me, stuck in the middle of it) they are able to be honest with me and I’m so grateful for their insights.
